SDG Move Joins “Energy เอเนอจิ้น: Imagining Energy for a Sustainable Life and Planet” Event

March 25, 2023 – Centre for SDG Research and Support (SDG Move), led by Dr. Nuttavikhom Phanthuwongpakdee, Deputy Director, participated in the event “Energy เอเนอจิ้น: Imagining Energy for a Sustainable Life and Planet” at the Bangkok Art and Culture Center. The event was organized by the Thailand Development Research Institute (TDRI), the Energy Research Institute, Chulalongkorn University (ERI), the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH Thailand, and partner agencies under the Clean, Affordable, and Secure Energy for Southeast Asia (CASE) project and the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA) Environment Department. The event featured activities to promote understanding of low-carbon energy through talks, exhibitions, and booths of various organizations from March 25-26, 2023.

The opening ceremony was honored by Mr. Chadchart Sittipunt, Governor of Bangkok, who presided over the opening ceremony and visited the exhibition and booths of various energy and environmental networks that participated in the event.

On this occasion, SDG Move presented a selection of photographs from the “Energy Transition with Justice” photo contest, which supports a just energy transition, a collaboration between SDG Move and the Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung Thailand.
